TO: Jeffrey Neuman, Neustar
Mr. Neuman, after you notified me that the 1900 domains registered by
Bradley Norrish and his company Internet Registrations Worldwide (IRWW) had
been investigated, that "inaccurate information" had been corrected and no
further action would be taken, you received information from publicly
available sources that...
1) Mr. Norrish's company IRWW was clearly based in Australia, according to
information provided in "who-is" and elsewhere.
2) There was no record of Mr. Norrish's company being incorporated in New
York, where the published address in "who-is" indicated.
3) Mr. Norrish was listed as a director of the second largest domain
service provider in Australia in an industry publication, and
4) Many of the domains he controls are housed on nameserver with
Australian addresses, potentially violating Commerce Dept. requirements
that they be housed on U.S. based servers.
You have not responded to any of these contentions, nor disputed them in
any substantive way. Now, a couple more questions:
Mr. Norrish lists a Nexus 21 code. What U.S. state, possession, or
district is IRWW incorporated in?
Can you produce proof of his certification, as required under the usTLD
Nexus requirements, of the information provided in the
application? According to the Nexus rules, Neustar is responsible for
enforcing that.
Where are the nameservers NS1.REGISTRATIONS.COM.AU,
and NS2.REGISTRATIONS.COM.AU located? The .AU is an Australian
designation, but you indicated you thought they were in New Jersey? That
would be a bit odd.
The .US Policy Council seems to have neglected posting its minutes since
January as well.
On the eve of launching your new cash cow, "kids.us", I think some answers
would be appropriate.
Thanks for your attention and timely response.
Gregg Moscoe
